僕が不登校だったとき、 行きたいと思っているはずなのに、 朝になると布団の中にこもってしまう。 自分から交わした約束すら破り、 ベッドの上でスマホを触る。そんな自分に 自己嫌悪していた日々から抜け出すための 第一歩を踏み出せたのは 間違いなくこの曲のおかげです。 本当にこの曲に出会えてよかった。 この曲の歌詞全てが、自分が不登校だった頃 そのまんまの歌詞で、心にグッサリと刺さります。僕の人生の中で、間違いなく一生忘れたくない曲の1つです。これからも自分の過去と、この曲を糧に "一歩"を踏み出します。

I really dislike this video. I spent a few years as a recluse myself, this video is almost insulting. People don't become hikikomori because they are lazy, there is always a deeper reason. Bullying. Addiction. Poor economic situation. Lack of job opportunities. etc. The solution is not simply stepping out of the house. They might need to break addiction, tackle bullying, or switch to another industry entirely. The real solutions are always incredibly difficult and scary. This video is avoiding the deeper reasons. Making the actor look fat and lazy is a very shallow opinion. I believe LONGMAN doesn't know what they're talking about at all. Personally, I went to the gym everyday because I felt hopeless about my field of study, it was incredibly unlikely to get good jobs. I had to get a study for a completely different degree. It's not just because I'm lazy. During my time as a recluse, I was fitter than I've ever been in my life.
