What’s your concern exactly? AN10 is the most common go to size for oil pipes. It all depends on its exact use. I use AN12 for the turbo drain.

The limitations of the vehicle and the locations of the turbo and intercooler sadly determine the length of pipes. We try to keep them short but sometimes slightly longer pipes are just unavoidable. Thanks for the kind words about the welding, we give 100% to everyone and everything.

Yes, it’s brilliant. Whatever happens don’t put to bigger turbo on it. Something with lots of lag ruins drivability.

These boxes are not for sale yet. We modify the gullwings here bespoke to the vehicle. We could modify some gullwings and make some boxes but we need to have the gullwings as part of the kit. The tank was really made as a bespoke one off also, so sadly we would need a car to reproduce. All of this is possible. Maybe the 205 I’m building could be supercharged 🤔

​@K2DesignAndFabrication ooh I like that's sounds of that , for me it's the constant extra legs a supercharger offers through the band that appeals to me especially with such a light car as the turbo on boost may be a little vicious on the torque steer. It's just my personal preference as I'm sure a turbo would produce more bhp and torque. Unless you combine both 😮😁 fantastic work btw thats a beautiful car and such a dream car for me . I owned 3 back in the 90s-2000s tuned one on the standard engine to 150-60bhp but unfortunately blew it up and thus kept the other 2 standard. Have you upgraded to the gti6. Gearbox? I didn't catch it iif you had the vid. I estimate you'll be about 230bhp, 180 torque

I nearly bought a quicksilver after I smashed up my 205

@K2DesignAndFabrication my mate back in the day had few problems in his red 1.6 rolled it 7 rolls don't a tight lane! The quiksilver feels faster then 1.9 as did the saxo vts swap 106 bit more modern but they still fall apart, replaced everything rear beam lower arms wheel bearings coil pack new starter motor alternator list goes on with little french cars! Had nine 205 gti's last one 2011 was Miami blue k reg power steering & air con 1.9 should never sold it bought it for 500quid with bent valve new head worked nice, was lowered look nice!

It’s hard to say. I found it definitely got better as long as my right foot didn’t get to heavy. I’ll do a test and come back to you with my findings shortly
