    Spray foam contractor in Texas charge around $2/SF which would be very high so I am applying 2" f material for the walls in an old building walls and fill the cracks with materials used around the doors and windows. You are doing a good job at this stage. Best is to use 2" rigid foam insulation between the floor joist while doing the floor framing. At this stage using the foam board is easier and better choice.

    You can adjust the cut on and cut off point on a pressure switch. For this example I'm going to pretend this was a 30/50 pressure switch. You can adjust these to what ever you want. The pump was probably producing just under your pressure switch cut off point. Lowering the cut off point could have solved this issue. The pump was probably producing around 45 so it would never be able to reach the cut off of 50. I would have tested to see my max pump pressure like this. 1. Install a ball valve and pressure gauge if the system doesn't have one already. 2. With pump running close the valve until the pressure can't climb anymore. Now you know the pumps maximum pressure output. If the pump only climbed to 45 then you would need to adjust your pressure cut off down from the stock 50 because it would never reach 50 and just run all day. If it only got to 45 I would adjust it to a 30 40 and call it a day. For a home I would have done this but If this was a ranch and needed a lot of water I would have told the customer that amazon pumps like halmark and vevor is a waste of there time and money. Honestly I would buy there pump for the amazon price they paid to save for a future customer that is in a less critical situation and sold them a branded pump from my truck.

    Got one about 4 months ago. Couldn't get it to fire at previous owners place. Built a skid, because the wheels were locked up. Got it in a warm shop and let it thaw. Ended up draining around 80 liters of water out of the chain compartments. Cleaned them both out with the garden hose, let it dry for a couple days. Then emptied all oil and fuel, cleaned all tanks. Filled with new oil, seals, sending units, and it fired up the first time with help of new distributor cap, rotor, points, and coil.

    I bought one of these back in March (New year's eve now) and i gave the guy $2500 fot the machine and another $1500 to fix it. Long story short its is now in my driveway in almost the same condition it was iin when i paid for it. So here I am looking for any information I can find on this. Moral of the story , people kinda suck.

    • @rollingspringsranch

      Hahah I just ordered a crank pulley but haven't had the time to go out there and see if it will fit. I have some manual but they are pretty BASIC and they don't help me. I would be interested in a few pictures of the engine so I can see if there is anything else I'm missing. If you look me up on Facebook, send me a PM and I will give you my contact information and maybe we can figure this out together

    I bought an 03 Eiger last winter for plowing about 1/8th mile of my private road and a big lot around my house/garage/driveway. It has been fantastic! They have two major flaws: The vacuum operated fuel petcock fails and the magnets on the OEM flywheel fall off. Both of those had already been updated on mine. I bought mine with 1160 miles, winch and plow for only $2,050 and what a deal it was. The thing is so clean, literally it looks like new, I refuse to use it in mud or trail ride it. Previous owner never stored it outside and used it on his farm and for plowing. It has been designated a plow quad from here on out. I added heated grips and man I am all smiles when plowing. I can't wait for this coming winter season here in northern WI between plowing and snowmobiling, it's gonna be great. Have fun with yours!

    • @rollingspringsranch
      @rollingspringsranch 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So Far so good. Only issue is the aftermarket carb acting up. Just bought another to see if it better. I do have a new OEM petcock. SO far its earned its keep on the farm .

    The ratings they show are based off pumping out into a open tank or field. Once you connect to a pressure tank you lose head space based on the pressure switch setting, so if it takes 60psi to satisfy the switch you would have to take that into account. If you set the pump at half the depth you'd have gotten the 60 needed (assuming a 40/60 switch. On the cheap, they could just get the 2hp model, set at same depth, then you'd get just enough pressure to satisfy the switch. All in all, im not a well guy either, so dont take what i say as facts. Im just a homeowner whos going through a similar situation.

    you need to make sure you know what you are doing before you put this on youtube. you do not have the right types of containment to try an load steers and the trailer is not designed to move the gates with an animal on both sides. The male needs to learn how to be around animals and talk less rather than making the female do the work. Food does not work to make an animal go into something it can see thru.
