I'm unsure if I fall under the first category if the German system recognizes my degree. Do I need to present my IELTS or A2 certificates in this category? Bcoz Point based Cat 2 only we need to show language Certificates. Please clear this doubt for me.

For the opportunity card, you don’t need to be proficient in German and they accept English language certificates like IELTS or TOEFL
