What if you are not leaving for another job but just to take some time off? What do you say for the reason for leaving?
Honestly I think just being honest is the best way to go. Something like “Hey I am gonna take some time off. I don’t have anything lined up as of yet. I appreciate the experience and wish you guys well.” Simple, honest, to the point. Great question by the way @adammorra3813
@@_TheIntrovertLeader Thanks for the advice. I worry that it might be perceived that the work place was so bad and I was so fed up with it that I left instead of running towards a new job opportunity. But sometimes, it’s better to be honest and not care as much what other people think.
@@adammorra3813totally agree about being honest. Let them think what they want. At the end of the day who cares what people think when you are following your gut. Hope you make it a good weekend!
