My Eating Disorder Story: Anorexia Nervosa | Sneha Acharya
Hello Everyone,
Welcome back to my channel. Here I will be explaining my eating disorder story i.e Anorexia Nervosa. I have struggled a lot with eating disorders during my entire teenage years. I learned a lot of things and finally am able to create a healthy relationship with food! I know once an addict is always an addict, so I at times, tend to go back to the eating disorder cycle too. But now that I am aware of what an eating disorder looks like, I don't fall into the trap of that unhealthy eating.
