So beautiful and so broken.

I’ve had panic attacks and what I now know are Autistic Meltdowns since I was a young young child. They’ve been with me for as long as I can remember, but until recently I never trusted anyone with them, I never let anyone know. I’m just now learning how to ask for help. Being that young girl who felt alone being swallowed by her own mind that scene in Alexa and Katie was life changing. I nearly cried when I watched it, and I watched it again and again. Katie’s panic attacks are still my favorite episodes, seeing people caring for her, loving her. I felt so unlovable. And then being older and seeing Iron Man 3 and seeing Tony Start this cocky and strong character have panic attacks just like me, it was powerful, it’s one of my favorite Marvel movies because of it. I’ll always stand up for good representation, it can save lives. If you’re reading this and you feel like I did when I was a kid, you’re not alone. You’re not unlovable, you’re worth it, you’re not a burden. The right people will stand by you through it all. You are strong, and I’m proud of you. I still struggle with all those things I struggled with as a kid, the difference is, I know it’s okay to ask for help, and I have people in my life that I trust to see those parts of me. I still struggle with feeling unlovable, but I have living proof that I am worthy of love. Most of all I have a God who never leaves me alone, who loves me through it all. If you don’t have someone yet, it’s okay. You’re worth so much. ❤

i love the newt & thomas ship sm it will always be my favorite maze runner ship and omg you showed their story perfectly stop. i will forever miss them together. i dont care what anyone says i will forever believe in newtmas, they were always there for eachother. they are literally the definition of “ the right person but not enough time “ and this song is perfect for them.. its sad that newts story had to end they should’ve been canon. and newt didnt deserve anything that he had to go through at all.. I’m glad thomas was there for him with the time he did have left.

I remember my first panic attack 12 years ago. I felt ashamed of it instead of asking for help. I've since developed full blown depression as part of PTSD and childhood trauma. I've managed to destroy my life since then. I'm angry at myself, furious and tired of going on
