Not the way I thought I would be starting my TH-cam channel. Whilst London marathon wasn’t on the cards for this year, there used to be plenty more still to come. Follow along my recovery journey and road to New York Marathon
Sorry to hear what it turned out to be. Injuries suck. Good luck, focus on the process and the time doing rehab will go faster!

That's absolutely gutting, I'm for Chicago in Oct after taking a 3 year break from marathons, your pb is incredible and hope to get similar..... wish you the best, I loved swimming and water running when injured, stay strong 💪
Best wishes for your recovery! I am also starting a recovery process and a build up for Valencia. We have a long but cool road to go
