Just to help out. The spaten tent does not have a pig on the roteseri. It has a cow/ox. If you go to the kitchen in that tent u will see several Whole cows on roteseries.

My wife and i plan on taking a Viking river cruise starting in Amsterdam and ending in Budapest. She is Indonesian Dutch and possess some of the blue dishes her mother brought from Holland. Looking forward to seeing for myself some of the places you point out! Especially the beer places 😂!
