Piero, some of the major reasons for the low attendance to Asante Kotoko home games is that you can easily watch the matches for free live on TV or on TH-cam wherever you are so going to the stadium is not a priority for a lot of the fans these days, next one is that the taxes and deductions at baba Yara stadium are just too much. After some of the money going into the wrong pockets and the NSA declaring gate proceeds of 430,000 GH cedis, Asante Kotoko only received 180,000 GH cedis. That is bad. It discourages a lot of the fans. Management needs to engage the authorities involved for possible reduction in these deductions. Other fans too will only come to the stadium when Asante Kotoko is playing against a team competing with us for the GPL title. So with all these factors, Asante Kotoko communicators and circle leaders will have to really, really promote our home matches and really, really convince the fans and football lovers before they will come to the stadium in their numbers.
