But Western media says the Uyghurs are in concentration camps undergoing a genocide similar to the one Palestinians are presently undergoing. This is very confusing as friends tell me the Gaza folk don't even have Nans let alone meat and they are in an open concentration camp being herded by ancestors of the Dachau camps😢😢

While it’s true that Tibet faced poverty in the 1950s, such challenges were not unique to Tibet; many countries at the time dealt with similar struggles under ruling elites. However, let’s not forget that China has plundered far more from Tibet. The genocide, the demolition of monasteries, and the forced relocation of nomads into towns without viable income sources are stark reminders of the ongoing exploitation and destruction of Tibetan culture and livelihoods.
