Nope. Not at all. We’ve trained here a lot and been here a lot over the years and have never seen a crocodile 🐊

Well done Tim and Amanda, Looks like it's going to be a bit dry and loose in places. You will want lower tyre pressure for traction but with all the rocks getting a flat tyre wouldn't be very fast. Will you carry a spare tube etc? I'm debating if its worth it for such a short bike leg of 20kms.
I’m not going to carry a spare. I ran 20psi when I recorded this but will drop to 18psi for the race. You need tubeless with sealant
Yeah that looks tough going. I'm aching just watching. Looks much tougher than the MTB tracks here at the Nerang State Forest. Not that I ride them I just bushwalk. But good luck in the comp. You'll need massage and hot tubs after that.

Nice one. I've stayed at that park, if it's the one at Rowe's bay. Camped backing on to the police academy. I wasn't there for triathlon but thought it would a great spot to do some training for a few days.

It takes a special talent to choose the dirt roads when so many sealed roads available 🙃 The roof pod is a game changer for road trips.
If we had a van that coped well with dirt roads we’d happily travel on them. We couldn’t use the pod on our last trip because we had 3 skis up there. It really does make life easier

Same "genius" poisoned the real Tree of Knowledge. They built a memorial around the stump. The canopy over it forms the shape of the original coolobah tree as it was before it was poisoned.

I was riding my bike yesterday in Melbourne and was swooped by a single Magpie. First one is always good as it shows winter is almost done and better weather is on its way. Where I ride my bike, I also see a lot of sheep, cows and horses. Great times.
