Hi there, Yes, you are required to answer the assignment questions in order to be eligible to take your UBC examination. The maximum number of assignments you can submit is 2 per week. You would be eligible to take your exam in 10 weeks after successfully submitting the answers. We can provide anyone looking for guidance on the pre-licensing course, which includes the assignment modules. Our email is support@passrealestate.today. Hello @3777angeleyes Commercial leases are different than residential tenancy agreements, in that commercial leases are governed by common law, and anything in the contract can be enforced, which would include an increase in monthly rent should the contract allow it.
