    hi, it would help out a lot if u could reply back to this please. i was just asking if the answers r selected weren’t correct would that not make me eligible to take the exam or is it that i just have to complete the assignments and i can take the exam? thank you would help out a lot of u could reply.

      Hi there, Yes, you are required to answer the assignment questions in order to be eligible to take your UBC examination. The maximum number of assignments you can submit is 2 per week. You would be eligible to take your exam in 10 weeks after successfully submitting the answers.       Hello @3777angeleyes Commercial leases are different than residential tenancy agreements, in that commercial leases are governed by common law, and anything in the contract can be enforced, which would include an increase in monthly rent should the contract allow it.

    Why do you guys do this? Why don't you guys disclose the information without small letters? You guys just want to get your 800 dollars to scam people to "pass the exam" where in reality you need $4000 dollars at least to become a realtor. ARE YOU GUYS PAYING FOR THE $1200 DOLLARS registration that i paid with UBC when I failed because of your trainning? You offer to keep coming to you for free until I pass the exam, but if you fail you have to pay another 1200 dollars and you guys do not disclose that. Posting in Craigslist that with 2000 dollars you can become a realtor in BC!!! I will report both names to the council. You are taking advantage of the situation charging 800 dollars in a zoom call misleading people! You guys should be ashamed of your self's !       It is unfortunate that you view this with a negative opinion. There are several other courses offered by professionals who assist in the UBC pre-licensing course to pass the exam. As for @t, (and what we offer) we have been teaching students well before this unfortunate pandemic has come about. We understand that there are people who do not have income coming in and won't in some cases for years to come, depending on industry.
