Hi George, Here are the answers we got to these questions. "The FS10 cannot be trigger from a photocell since is USB only. We do have an option of a special cable that can break down flying leads for the FS10 and that approach could trigger from a photoeye, I would like to confirm that the customer has that very uncommon cable."

Actually i tried version 4 and 5 they open without any problem but my camera has an old firmware and i do not want to uo update so i am using a downgraded Aurora less than version 4 they all show the message mentioned , waiting for your reply

@@georgealbo The FS10 has a feature called ImagePerfect+ which allows to take up to 16 pictures with 1 trigger signal for the purpose of reading a code for example with different setting like different exposures, focal point, etc. So I think the feature that he needs it is there in Aurora.

Great question! This is a conforming gripper, so the fingers wrap around the shape of the product it’s picking up and can hold up to 7.5lbs.

@@automationdistribution we have used them but only on some machines what handled solid parts. For textiles the dedicated machines are better.

@@automationdistribution Don't put a robot. But a pneumatic separator that loads the part into a stepper motor. Push the motor up with a pneumatic actuator. Print while rotating with the stepper motor. Return to initial position, unloading the part. Push the finished part forward with another pneumatic cylinder. I just saved you 15000 € in hardware. Engineering hours, around 40. You are welcome.

The cups the robot is using are actually specially made so that when they are placed on the dispenser, they fill from the bottom. :)

this isnt new nor innovative. lots of bars have that filling method. if anything having a robot would make it slower as they can only do one task at a time

the bottom of the cup has a… basicaly pop it that can open to fill but also close and seal. everything else is just normal beer taps

This robot can be equipped with sensors that will detect if a bottle is even present to be loaded into the machine. It can also detect where the bottles are on the table, so from a practical standpoint, you could put a whole box of bottles next to it and the robot would go through the entire box and load them into the machine without any human assistance. The idea behind that setup is to reduce the human involvement in this application and make the robot do the repetitive work. Make sense?

Good point @kvong615 . A cobot is a great solution for those who may require automated runs of smaller jobs and then need to switch up tasks. The collaborative robot is a good solution when equipment is needed that can be easily reprogrammed and deployed to automate a variety of tasks. Do you agree?
