My wife PR has expired in 2018. She has not visited canada since 2013. She retired 2 years back from her teaching job in mumbai. Self is a Canadian citizen retired and staying in india since 2014. My son canada citizen since 2014 lives and works in Toronto. We lived in Mississauga from 2009 to 2014. What are best opinions for wife to go to canada? 1. Get PRTD - travel to canada and renew PR giving reason she was overseas with canada citizen? Would we face any problems applying this way? Or should we can PR if its too late to renew and apply for 2, 3 or 4 below? 2. Spousal visa ? 3. Parent super visa ? 4. Visitor visa?

Hi, I have applied super visa application for my parents. I got ARC application request from visa officer where it mentioned to send application number after submitting ARC application. But i dont see any ARC application submission option in IRCC portal. Can you please tell me where or how i can submit ARC application ?
