CREMA DE LECHE🍮 | This is the cheaper version of leche flan super yum!🤤
Crema de Leche recipe🍮
Ingredients:
1 can Crema Asada (350ml)
1 tbsp gulaman powder (I used melon flovor, you can pain)
2 eggs (eggyolk lang gamitin natin)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp condensed milk
1/2 cup granualated sugar
Instructions:
1. Put 1 tbsp granualated sugar each moulds, over medium heat caramlize the sugar until it turns to color amber anf set aside for later.
2. In a bowl crack 2 eggs and separate the yolks.
3. In a bowl with two egg yolks add 1 tsp vanillaextract, whisk until well combine. Then, add 350ml crema asada (I used alaska) anf mix until well combine.
4. Add 2 tbsps condensed milk, whisk until well combine.
5. Sift for smoother texture and set aside for later.
6. In a wok add 2 cups water, 1 tbsp gulaman powder and 1 tbsp granualated sugar, mix until well combine and over medium high heat bring to a boil.
7. when it boils, adjust the heat to lowest setting and slowly add the crema de leche mixture (with continues stirring).
8. continue to stir and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
9. after 5 minutes transfer it to the moulds with caramelized sugar, scrape the bubbles using spoon and let it set.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs before
serving.
