As a new owner of apartments at Grandview Terraces Resort,I am disappointed that my neighbours and I were not told by the local realtors that this massive development has been planned for 10 years. I realise we need more housing and the development will benefit the wealthy Most of us bought over the last 2 years bought up here because of the peace,open spaces that look over the ancient natural rainforests and Hinterlands. I for one wouldn't have bought here if I had of been told about this. After speaking to many who recently bought here, they too are shocked and feel cheated . People need homes and development but we should have been told. We bought for peace and quiet,to watch the incredibe untouched wildlife , majestic views,privacy and to be out of the way of the mainstream. We told you this and yet still weren't told. No wonder the public doesn't trust you.
