I'm doing training on Center Weight and Balance for vehicles. What would you say is the importance of doing proper center weight and balance on vehicles when loading them on a aircraft?

WOC here in 1967. First 4weeks were harassment, “square “ meals, daily in ranks and barracks inspections, taxi time, etc. Then the flight line and academics with all the above except the mess hall BS and this lasted for 10 more months. The night before graduation to WO-1 I and a classmate were scraping wax off of the shower floors in prep for the morning barracks inspection. Why you ask? Because it instilled a work ethic, attention to detail, weeded out the ones that did not want “it” bad enough, and instilled pride in one’s accomplishment. It took a year of dedication to earn the “Squashed Bug, and it was worth it.

It's so nice to see some of the civilians actually standing at attention during the National Anthem respecting our country's flag, than to see some of the football players standing there acting tough and/or kneeling down for whatever excuses they all have for now disrespecting our country's flag. Matter of fact, it's so pleasant not seeing any of them in this video!! As usual, it is so inspiring and awesome seeing US Army Aviators doing their flyovers!! For all of their countless hours of studying their EPs & Limits, and the "Gunnery Skills" for the AH-64E pilots because it shows in their precision formation flying!! Lastly. I would like to thank all of their "IPs" from "Common Core" to "Advanced Air Frame" teaching our Rotary Wing & C12 pilots!! AWESOME FLYING Army Aviators!!
