Man let me tell you ....I WAS NOT READY FOR THIS RIDE....LOL I went on my Birthday and have not beem on a coaster in years and rode it at night time...I was literally praying the entire time...😂😂😂 my photo at the end was horrendously funny

Your car was the problem child. Two cars are never in the same scene with the exception of when you see the rover as it leaves baby birds and your car is at Salty. It happens daily on that ride. The computer in the car sends an error signal to the main computer and it shuts down the ride. At a million dollars per rover and each attraction having 16 rovers I can understand why Disney hasn't upgraded the operating system of the vehicles yet. The rovers are running on 1970's-80's computers, the boards are no longer made. It is a matter of time that Dinosaur and Indy vehicles will get a full upgrade. BTW on Dinosaur every rover has the same programed route. what you are seeing is the path for each of the four tires on the rover. Each wheel pivots on its own which gives the offroad feeling.

It was AWFUL, couldn't wait for it to end...I feel this was a nod/signal, to the END of Disney.

The animatronics keep moving constantly, both to keep their moving parts in working order and to ensure that if you look at it after its show animation finishes, you dont just see a motionless statue.

These cinematics are *mind blowing!* Also what’s the name of this song? I heard another creator use this, and it sounds awesome.

It is a fun fact that the animatronics in the dinosaur attraction never stop moving. Even overnight they are always in idle mode to keep the hydraulics working. Even when the ride is powered down the animatronics are always moving

I LOVED this ride! I would of gone twice if the line wasn’t so long! I was sitting in the second row! At first, I thought the person in the first row was making us go faster because he started to act like he was driving! I was so scared until I realized it just was a coincidence.

I understand why the practical effects were given up on completely for the Scarabs but I wish they hadn't. I liked seeing the physical one's poor out. The fiber optics pre-launch was definitely a nice touch. The videos I have seen seem to have it slightly slower than before but that can be ironed out as the new wheels and tweaks keep going.

Have you experienced the refurb yet? What were your thoughts? Was the almost 9 month downtime worth it?

This happened to me once in the cat in the hat ride at universal. We stayed seated until it started going again.
