Cool vids mate do you know what's the best sand to sand blaster a motorcyc frame and engine cheers
cool
Fantastic pal 👍 great job on that .looks sweet as a nut 🏍🏍🏴🏴
Great job & video Euan. As you know since I got the engine you've been a great help & inspiration, thanks a lot, and it looks amazing.
A great video! Good job
Job well done euan
Superb resto well done the bike just looks great I even like the colour which looks great against the black if I could get my project even close to that I would be over the moon 😉👌👍
Excellant work, thank you
This restoration has come together and the bike looks a treat. My 1982 red/blue RS is standard and has some patina, especially on the alloy wheels but looks and runs fine. Trouble is, seeing your resto job makes me feel like dabbling. After the road test on the next one, I will be sorry this project is finished but someone will buy a nice bike. 🏍
Brilliant
That bike is look good mate, well done.
That joy, from the start. We all want to feel like that. / That color really suits this bike.
Build looks fantastic. That first start on a new build is always nerve-wracking and also exciting. Do you keep your builds or sell them?
This one will be for sale!
Tidy job.
Nice one Shoogs👍 Cracking job Laaarrr, looks fantastic 👍
Well done. Great job. Bike looks great...even the wheels which I was in 2 minds about when you did them initially
Fantastic job! I learned a huge amount of kickstart tricks from owning a richly jetted XR400R 😅
Great bike, love the colours! Somebody is going to be very happy with it.
Looks fantastic, great job
Great video. I like the way you work and be, that is true and honest to the people that in the future will be have the courage to try something like this (live will be in way, money will go out, but don t quit, and never rush). To be honest i believe that small steps each day/week are more important than big ones once in a wile. The small ones and often will put you further than the big ones that are once in a wile. Great job. (i m watching this videos one by one, did not see the final one, even is tempting 😀 i will not )
Amazing job mate, as always ⚡️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻⚡️
Well done, good job, i thought you were going to have to put some fuel in the spark plug hole and heat the plug up to get it to start, but after your wee rest it started straight up
Even i m 2 years late to the party, congrats on the job done. it is really good.
well done Euan what a cracking job you done, i was super stoked on first start up great job
You’ve flown through that resto Euan, fair play mate!..it looks absolutely stunning yet again mate, congrats and well done..amazing work 👏🏼
Great video. loved watching
Superb! Sounds great too. That'll make someone a really cool Christmas present Dear Santa ..... 🤭
Well done a nice bike 👍
Hi Euan, hope you're well. Super project and brilliant result. The end of a job is always a mixed bag: you've connected with the wee bike and sad to see it go, but you're excited to start a new build. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and keep up the good work. Peace. 🧔👍✌
Thank you my friend. Lovely job. Someone will be getting a cracking bike.
Hope to be kicking my SR 500 in the next few weeks after over a year of it resting and suffering me trying to mod it
Awesome build, well done, and great colour choice.
I used to ride an RS back in late eighties, as well as my (t)rusty Super Dream. You've done a fantastic job on the RS, absolutely love the paint job! I had a blue one. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see your next one.
Looks amazing Euan, well done!
I've got a 1986 XR250, it has always had quite a weak spark, hard to see. The easiest way to see if its sparking is to hold the plug, tricky to do while you kick it. I persuaded my Brother in law to hold it 😂. It's recently been stood a couple of years, but it fired up at first attempt. At least you'll never worry about a flat battery 😂😂
U need to kick penalties for some international rugby team
I did a light restoration years ago on a Kawasaki GPZ 305 in this very same colour. Also changed it from belt to chain drive.
Nice little bike. Well put together. Always preferred the older japs. Well done👍
Looks great. Loving the colour 😊
Looks good
Great job and love the color !
Another fantastic build 👏 👌 👍
Looks nice m8 ,engine sounded great 👍
Gave you a thumbs up counter still at zero WTF😁.
Bravo!
Not easy to to film re wiring and keeping the punters interested but you did it. I am interested as to how the replacement speedo and rev counter was installed into the electric system. My bike is standard as from new.👍
Saved this one invaluable since I have no idea on wiring so will be looking at any other tips in your past vids much appreciated Shoogly from a pile of bolts to a bike I hope or not with any luck 😂cheers👍
Отвратительная покраска, колхоз. Видео о том как сделать из нормально покрашенного мотора чёрное пятно без отличий от других мотоциклов🤮
Brilliant video. Wiring is one job I've never tackled but your explanations and tips are excellent. I need to do this if I'm going to complete my XJR1300 rebuild. Thank you and keep up the great content 💯
Honda super dream wiring harnesses used to be brilliant for custom builds. The ignition circuit was self exciting and totally separate from the main loom apart from the ignition kill wire. It was a complete pre-wired system with good quality connectors, switchgear etc and one of the strongest voltage regulators ever. Drop it on complete wire up the coil circuit and off you went.
That definitely sounds ideal!
Never thought heat gun would be enough to melt solder.
Oh plenty!
