I started at CRST in 2022 and they were screwing everyone on miles. We walked away after 4mo of roughly 350/week paychecks. They just didn't have the client base then. What kind of miles are you seeing at CRST?

They use to have guaranteed pay. I use to work for barr nunn from 2018- 2023 and I had a great experience.. I left once they got rid of the shift pay . I was at $340 a day guaranteed.

The companies are being honest if they say you can make $1800 per week and you do. They aren’t telling you what you’ll clear. It’s not about what you clear. It’s about what you actually make. My kids used to do this all the time with their pay. They would say they made a certain amount, but that’s not what they made. It was what they cleared. If someone tells me I’ll make $1500 per week every week then I know to deduct my taxes from that to know how much I’ll bring home.

I always give a two weeks notice, and when I do most employers are surprised that I finish the two weeks. Be true to your word. If things don’t work out with another company that company you left will probably take you back if you really need a job.
