NICE .... I am not a spiritual person and I don't necessarily know that I believe in divine manifestation. I am someone who believes that all you can do really in life is put your best foot forward and let the chips fall where they may. However I'm glad that the stars aligned and the apartment that you desire you got it. One of the reasons why I do not believe that some people are blessed and others are not is because it would make God same as though he plays favorites by granting you something that thousands of other people desired as well so in an effort not to do that I just believe sometimes we just get lucky and are in the right place at the right time.
