im 2 years late but my problem is that when i push the power button or substitute it with detaching the button and powering it up with a metal screwdriver the same thing happens the pc give the sound that its plugged when i release or after around 7 sec the pc gives me the sound of the phone unplugging and the pc is not detecting the phone. plz help

My power button suddenly stopped working, only way to get into the phone was to plug in the charging cable ! I solved it by removing the charging cable and the SIM card, plug back in the power cable and follow the "No SIM reset the phone screen" . Phone then resets and restarts and the power button started working. 😮😀
