When we watch thriller or horror movies, it is like eating that, swallowing it, and it gets digested into our system. It is like voluntarily adding patterns to the patterns already there, asking for more karma, adding to the wrong bank account.
Swami Nithyananda sincerely requests people not to watch these kind of video's, which create patterns in us which can sit there for years and years, create suffering in us and strengthen our patterns of impossibility. Especially spiritual seekers - they are the future of our planet, they should be protected and their consciousness should be held and nourished, not wasted.
On a subtle level, whenever we enter a stressful situation, those terrorising scenes will sit in our inner space and influence what we see as possibilities. The scenes we have already watched, require completion, just like the scenes we lived through in person.
