For some reason it's better on the left ,it's the truth did he lose more hair or something or do hair transplants kind of reck you anyways one thing you must learn is never do a hair transplant where your front existing hairs are especially there still kind of thick hair transplant hairs they don't get as thick. Maybe his hair isn't long enough . But also yeah probably didn't take finastride and lost the other ones. It'd maybe a different case not sure maybe he was missing hairs already hair transplants are for missing hairs. I suggest everyone that still has existing hairs in the front dont replace where there's still thick hairs to some degree always let grow out in the main front see where it's at where your take finastride it makes your hair as thick as it used to be that things brings you back and whenever you thick it's to stop whether it's a health side effects issue or what not kind of gage and see how long you survive where your at how much time you have left as it starts falling and shedding fast even as you stop finastride and see the location of where your main hairs are and then you can do the replacement I guess if you don't care but the truth man finastride brings back your existing hairs as thick as they used to be close to your best at least or at a very good level bare minimum it's no joke. Don't learn the hard way your original hair will always be better stronger thicker better than the transplanted hair it's just some people about complain on side effects on certain things prostate reduction and dysfunction dumb things but overall if your bald whatever your hair gets as thick at used to be when you leave your original hair it's the best. Hair transplant isn't the same they don't even work with the natural pattern of your hair which is in the middle section it's not all straight across like they try to do everyone. "sit back and relax" Well, it's not completely relaxing :D because the suffering itself is immobility for 11 hours (depending on how many grafts) the fact is that when your head is anesthetized, it doesn't hurt, but the anesthesia wears off over time and the graft can get stuck in the area where the anesthesia it doesn't work anymore, you can say "it hurts and I'm asking for another anesthesia" but the head is a large area and calling for anesthesia all the time disturbs the doctor's work. So, to be honest, the last 3 hours of the anesthesia don't give a damn and it will hurt as if someone was pulling your hair or pulling it out... you can bear it, but it has nothing to do with relaxation.And ask for a blanket because it's damn cold there (it must be). At first you may think you can handle it, it's not cold, but over time you'll start shaking from adrenaline and cold. I had 5300 grafts, 14 hours and the last 3 hours I was praying when it would be over.

Feel bad for the chap. He's in his 20's? Losing confidence so much, it causes you to compromise on a quick fix(and he got what he paid for by looks of it). Baldness suits some guys but definitely not all. It's a dis-grace. I can see why young men jump at the chance of saving their confidence.
