I stay in same area.. the broker himself planning to loot the buyers with 1 crore + ... Property value will be 10 - 12 k ... surely not more than that... In same road they theft my mobile ... till now there are 15 + phone thefts as I heard .. police nakabandi is there nearby ..Also raja kalava is just few meters away... few advantage is near to nagawara main road and there is not much water problem
