I love my Gen 5 frosted to each their own. The edges are designed for smoother swiping up and down and side swiping. This case handles 50ft drops better than cases with all that raised edges stuff. I understand the cables issue for some not an issue for me I've USB-C cables everywhere.

In years past a Samsung leather case is the only case I ever needed to buy. This year they went cheap with the vegan leather that doesn't feel as good and it doesn't have any Samsung branding which is a weird decision. My phone kept trying to come out on the corners multiple times so I returned it.

Benks customer service is terrible. I ordered the air case for the s24+ and it was bent and didnt cover the corners of both sides of the roght side of my phone. I sent them 3 videos and tbey still havent helped. They keep replying for me to send a video.

Wow this happened with the S23 as well?? I heard the magnet on the S24U was positioned too low to consistently wireless charge on the Armor Air case. They are fixing that issue as well. Wtf is Benks problem with quality control??

So everthingAPPLEpro made the Phone Rebel case for iPhone. My counter argument is EVERYONE has an apple charging cable. But however i do understand some people use their other charging cables instead. Great protective case. I use Pitaka MagEz Pro and Rebel only. Been using Phone Rebel since their inception with iPhone 11. Gen 5 is their best iteration, but yea wear and tear on the “titanium” camera ring is a bit unacceptable for the price point. Gen 5 has the best drop protection out of ANY CASE out right now, arguably any open face case has the potential to break screen upon drop. However that is not the cases fault, full knowing you purchased it with an open face. There are cases with fully enclosed face, and they are pricey, but they don’t really protect it as EAP has shown in his drop tests, as well as MobileReviews But glad to have watched your video man 👍

Awesome Video, I have both the 15pm and s24u and my 15pm has been a paperweight since my esim in my s24u was activated. Both fantastic devices but phone for phone the s24u is a better device imo. If we talk eco systems apple still has the lead but by a very small margin. Samsung has done great with all of their eco system accessories and compatibility with windows esp direct file transfer and link. Great video as always.

I have the same problem. It kind of fixes the button pressing issue, but the problem is: the case is not flush with the screen. That side, where buttons are, lifts up a little. They should really fix it the next batch and send it to customers that have bought the defect ones. I will never go back to Benks if this is how it is lol.

Thank you for the follow-up. I was going to get this case for my s24U and S24 plus. Please let Benks know that this has happened a 2nd time with the benks case. Keep up the great work. I should be receiving my benks case in for the s24u this week. Hopefully no issues.

Top tip.... switch your phone off when applying a screen protector.

Darn. I was about to jump from Mous (I have the carbon fiber looking one for my S21+) to this case because it's cheaper but same features. Let me know what you find out because I had this in my cart until I watched this!

I have this case and have two different brands and not Apple and they both fit.

Such an amazing case. Got mine a few weeks ago, after having gone through more than I'd like to admit, and I must say it is my favorite.

That would annoy me with the camera part, and scratching it on a surface.

Mine has similar wear issues but I’m ok with it. Durability and feel is great. My anker cable fits great though. Most of time I charge wirelessly so no big deal but anker is fine. If had to take a dremel to opening and grind it out a hair.
