I love this song, and I love this film so much. A coming of age story told in the most avant-garde way possible. Terayama was really ahead of his time destroying the three separating walls, abandoning any usual plot design. Loud, emotional, angry, fast, real, and surreal. An acid punk trip between consciousness and unconsciousness merely the best in the Japanese new wave.

It can be found on "rare filmm: the cave of forgotten films" under is domestic title "Sho o suteyo machi e deyou", I'm pretty sure "internet archive" has it also.
