I believe these objects are highly visible satellites. I noticed these things very early Wednesday morning, around 2:30 am from my back yard. I noticed the these objects moving very low across the sky then fading out. I setup my camera I filmed video for about 20 minutes then switched over to a Time Lapse. I could only see the objects in the first half of the time lapse.

I have only seen one small buck in June, I believe he is a local deer, there is usually a some group of doe's who live in the area year round. I don't think the larger bucks like to hang out in the areas where I normally do my photography. Its too open with not enough cover...when I do see them they are usually chasing doe's later in the year (November & December). One good sign is the Oak trees have lots of Acorns this year so hopefully that will bring them to the areas where I do my photography. Keep watching if I see some nice bucks I will make new videos.

Hi and Thank you, I have (2) Sony Mirrorless cameras, an old A7III and a new A7RV, the old A7III has 24 MP with is better for low light conditions, well better than my new 61 MP A7RV. I have been using both cameras a lot, but this video was filmed with the A7III with a 24mm f1.4 lens and I was at 8200 ft. in elevation and in very dark skies which helps a lot. The photo's are straight out of the camera no processing.

If I remember correctly this time lapse was recorded over a 3 to 4 hour period, I cant remember but I'm guessing around 5,000 individual photos of the night sky condensed into a (3) minute video. Most of the satellites that you see going across the sky are not visible to eye sight because they are moving so slowly... they just look like stars, the Time lapse shows the movement of them.

Where's the closest Major airport or the next distant big airport given their appeared altitude. Satellites when seen moving across the sky are hauling ass and don't deviate course and speed.

More likely than not most if not all of those are Starlink satellites, up to 30,000 are planned unsure of the total that have been launched up til now. I'm not a proponent at all, these satellites have a max life span of 5 years ALL will deteriorate orbit and rain down back to earth (mostly) burning up in our upper atmosphere polluting it with particles, very little or no research has been done to see what effect if any to our planets atmosphere ...but don't worry the ones falling from the sky will be replaced...and the cycle will continue... Question: what gives a company the right to pollute our atmosphere for their financial gain? As far as this video goes there was a Starlink launch within the last few days and when they're first launched they form a train across the night time sky and the satellites slowly change course I believe that's what's depicted in this video.

Really nice. I should have thought of trying out a video instead of all extended shutter.

Thanks for sharing. At first I thought they were sattelites but after a while I lost count. It seems like too many.

I think it was some natural effect of the solar storm, I'm guessing that 95% were traveling in the same direction from the west to the East, that is the same direction as the Jet stream flows across the US. I'm making a new video right now where I zoom in and brighten the sky and I also speed up the video so its easer to track these things. the new video should be up in an hour or so. Thanks for the comment

That is strange, were the dots moving or stationary like a star, Question how long did you have the shutter open on you camera? I went out three nights in a row... Friday Night / early Saturday morning was the best for my location in Central California.

Hi Moto, If you watched that video from your phone I get that you think those things are aircraft, if so that was really cool that a couple of hundred pilots would get together just after Midnight for my video. I think the objects were caused by the solar storm. FYI - I just made a new video were I zoomed in, brightened and speed up the video speed by 400% you may want to watch the new video. You will see a jet flying from the East at the 3:40 minute mark and a few satellites going different directions. Try to watch it on a large screen Monitor or TV. Phones are not very good for astrophotography Videos on TH-cam. Take it easy and that was a nice Broom Trick.

I have no idea what those lights or objects where, My best guess is this is something that happens during solar storms. Watch the next video that I posted you can seen them better.

Very Cool, glad you posted, but question.... I'm not a photographer, I try to with making models... but Why two (2) cameras?? Are you over lapping images of two different filters?

I just purchased a new camera and I was testing it out during low light conditions. but I like running two cameras, I can cover different areas of the sky.
