Thank you for the video, and Merry Christmas! The Bounty Hunter is one of those figures that would make for a great series of shorts or pulp adventures. You have the iterations of him where he's an absolute piece of ****, but you also have the versions of him where he's bit more noble and driven, and you'll have a lot of variation in between.

I think this is a rather cool set. If I didn't already have a milk crate worth of unpainted miniature, some going back to the 90s, I would pick this up from Aries Games of course 🙂.

So if Dr. Banzai were to summon his inner Boba Fett or Dog the Bounty Hunter, which of the Bounty Hunter 'mechs would he take to the field?

Finally got my box today and have been digging through it. Loving all the pieces so far. Caesar and Starslayer are the ones I was most excited for the box set (Cataphract and Caesar are two of my favorite Mechs ever). I was most astonished by the 5" Timberwolf though. Timberwolf is hands down my favorite Mech of all time, and to have one to sit on my desk that's larger than many of my action figures is crazy. Other than being angled slightly upwards it is gorgeous and the detail is astonishingly sharp. It also weighs enough to be a paperweight.

I like having these to represent airstrikes in Alpha Strike.

This game has potential, but i think it could be better as a competive game with boosters and theme decks, but that might be a little crazy.

the starslayer was in the the old big mac merceneries book, that might be the reason i guess

When does the Kick Starter stuff ship? I’m STILL waiting for mine. It’s like they don’t give a crap about their backers. No communication whatsoever.

I didn't bother getting any of these during the KS because the value just seems terrible compared to a mech or vehicle forecpack.

I’ve seen several up close photos of these things and I can say with certainty the camera does ugly them up a little bit. The detail isn’t great, but it’s not much different than the elementals I have. They’re about 10% to 20% smaller than the elementals so the loss of detail is understandable. In all honesty I think they just need to 3d print the battle armor like they do with the premium mechs. They’re small so mass manufacture is technically possible at a reasonable rate. That and the detail would be better.

I gotta stop watching this stuff. It just makes me anxious that I haven't gotten mine yet.

Pretty much a no brainer for me, as I've been painting up some Avanti's Angels. I also picked up the legendary Mechwarriors III box (the bounty hunter forcepack). That one is completely insane.
