Where will Backyard Band be playing in January 2025?
Thanks for watching and supporting. It's my understanding that there's a Backyard Band on Carnival Excel class ships (Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee). However, the band members' contract is usually 6-8 months. Whenever you see the Backyard Band, I know you will enjoy the music!

also, as a casino cruiser, do you get early boarding preference like I do on NCL? who can I contact about this?
I receive priority embarkation and debarkation due to my Diamond level, not because of casino offers. I suggest you should speak to a Carnival Vacation Planner or your travel agent regarding priority embarkation...you may have to pay a fee. Good luck and enjoy!

I was in this ship in early Dec 2023 and Katelyn sang Never Enough and the whole showhad more songs from the musical. Do you know why they stopped performing the adaptation of The Greatest Showman?
Thanks for watching and supporting! I believe that the Center Stage Cast perform The Ringmaster Rhapsody when they cannot perform The Most Magnificent Circus, mostly due to the weather. I was recently on the Carnival Celebration and was able to video the Ringmaster Rhapsody, which I will post soon.
How do you get a premier cruise?
Thanks for watching and supporting! The Premier cruise is one of several Carnival's casino offers. Offers, depends on your casino play from previous cruises. At this time, Carnival does not have a list that detail the requirements for any casino offer. They definitely have some type of algorithm to select the type of offer you will get, unfortunately, at this time I don't' know the requirements.

Hi Janice, Thanks for watching and supporting! Great question. It depends on what you like to do. Since I'm at Carnival's Diamond level, I'm able to attend certain events, such as the Diamond Lunch/Reception, and the Diamond and Platinum Reunion, which are nice and you usually meet the Captain and Senior Officers. I always attend the Playlist shows, comedy shows and some Lido parties. In addition, I play in the casino. Suggest you bring a highlighter and review your FunTimes...highlight events that interest you so there are no conflicts. One major thing that I will say is that "Do not stay in your room." I also went on excursions at each port, which definitely was fun. Lastly, I met great people that I'm still in contact with...so conversate with folks. Hope you have a great time!
You know, I was on the Carnival Sunshine the month before this video shot, and Lizzie, the girl at the start of the video was our cruise director. She really knew how to keep all of us entertained over the course of five days.
