First off, thank you for watching this video instead of way better players :') There's a way to win this fight, but not in this mode (and if you want specific timestamps for the loops | loop 1 01:57 - 03:11 | loop 2 03:11 - 04:42 | loop 3 04:43 - my shameful demise). Basically, consider this a trial mode for a specific segment of the "white Vanilla" game mode of ZR the specificity being that this specific segment loops "infinitely" (until you bite the dust) If you go through WV normally, you'll encounter the same fight and you can beat it (the fight is the same but it doesn't loop) Hope this helped :)

@@CalvinWiersum thank you for the kind words, but I'll insist on one thing : it's mostly due to training. I swear you could do the same if you put enough time into it (that doesn't mean I encourage you to sink in hours to achieve that in this specific game, but this is true for almost anything (you could say it's like any art form in this regard)) ;) It may sound weird if you never experienced it, but after practicing enough you get to know patterns/set pieces like the back of your hand and you "get into the flow". At this point you start (re)acting purely mechanically (it almost become like a "second nature" (and it feels like a "trancelike" state of being for me)) to what's happening and it's as if you weren't making any effort. There's also some empirical component if, on the one hand, you consider that some strategies are discovered by some player and sometime you're only trying to emulate what they did, or on the other hand the fact that the game allow you to be flexible with your loadout in order to encourage different playstyles and creativity/player expression (I tried to be more aggressive that I'm used to on this boss with a loadout I wasn't familiar with for instance) Either way, the only real goal is to have fun and, if you're into that mindset, see it as a way to express something :)

You can play to this one pretty "easily" without any knowledge, but I recommend looking at the guides available on Gamefaqs, you'll learn everything you need in order to play properly (you can even read the scripts if you want to)! The only really annoying thing would be the option menu, which can be confusing, even with a translation, but you don't really have to go there unless you want to rebind the keys or want to play in arena mode. Have fun if you try this game, it's really a great experience!
