I also understand all that your body will or has already gone through! So this is a safe and simple approach for most mamas. But of course we all have unique birth stories & different recoveries. With that in mind, if your doctor says otherwise, def follow their advice! Overall, I believe this will greatly help and take the confusion out of things, as it did for me!
