เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 12 ก.ค. 2013
Tracey Elliot-Reep, adventurer, photographer, author grew up on her mother’s Shilstone Rocks stud farm in South West England. She now has her base producing postcards, greeting cards, calendars and books in Widecombe-in-the-Moor on Dartmoor. Her faith and her love of horses, adventure and photography has given her opportunities to travel to many places including Africa, Tibet, Israel and Russia. Tracey has ridden horses from the top of Scotland to Lands End, around Southern Ireland and Wales recently across Southern Europe and solo from Mexico to Canada across America. She has documented these adventures in four beautiful photographic books. Her most recent books are her sheep book called Shaggy Sheep and her new book The Dartmoor Pony. She is currently working on a documentary proposal for TV and has a vision for setting up healing centres using ponies and horses around the world. She exported two Dartmoor ponies to New Zealand last year, which have had lovely foals.

About Tracey, growing up on Dartmoor and her adventures on horseback through New Zealand, Southern Ireland, Across America from Mexico to Canada and her most recent journey across Southern Europe.
Heartbroken to hear of such perfect little creatures being shot, heartbroken, it’s like war on them so unkind to animals, they’re all beautiful and deserve to live, surely they could be given to people.

In what part of Colorado are you located ? And how much of the year are you there as opposed to NZ or the UK?
Hopefully at some point these the Dartmoors and the Konics will be wild across Britain it would be amazing the konics where brought here to replace the tarpan (an extinct species of wild horse which went extinct because of hunting)
Thank you for sharing this. I would have thought that the native ponies of Britain would have rich people protecting them. They are heritage. I was upset at hearing that the Exmoor is endangered. I thank you for looking after these ponies. They are invaluable without a doubt. Now I have to check up on the Scottish Highland and the Connemara.
Wish there was more video of your Mexico to Canada trip ... just ordered your book on that trip .. plaining a trip myself
Soon .. I will be off
