Well these patches get freezed in minus temperature nd u can't than activated them by shaking easily as they suppose to be...have used them in kedarkantha trek recently nd prooved they r not that much worth it because u suppose to spent alot of time to activate them as the compound of patch get freezed and not functions well afterwards
