plastic hinges worn out, clamp together using thru bolt pushing down a washer .
bolt approx m4 X 30, unlock nut
top washer m4 X 15
second washer m10 X 25

the top washer pushes down the second washer which, is able to push down the original spined lock washer.
adjust tendon to suit.
may work on other bikes, may require cenal hole drilling 4mm thru first?.
saves a lot of money on new mirrors or safety issues with wobbly vibrating mirrors.
this was tested over years ok not just an idea.
