How my Tree Witch Halloween prop operates

I built this Tree Witch prop, using my kids old bicycle ,and wiper motor to make the mechanism. The witch was originally purchased from oriental trading.com. It arrived broken, and I received 60% off. I then repaired the wiring issues. Then I added more cloths and a hat, along with painting the hands and face a little.

I present to you the NUN! From the horror movie the NUN. I just completed building this prop, using a garage door opener. I repainted her mask, and painted her hands. She moves about ten feet on a track.

Old Hag Witch in a tree prop.

I built this prop from a witch prop that I had purchased, and I painted and modified. The prop was broken, so had to repair the electronics. The mechanism I built using my daughters old bike frame, that heavily modified, a wiper motor, and other scrap metal parts.

Simple but elegant setup. (Simple once you figured it all out.) Kinda jealous you already have a A+ prop completed for this year.
Thanks my friend! I just hope it doesn’t scare away the younger kids. You gotta walk a fine line with the props, and have some scary ones mixed in with less scary props.

She is mounted on a small cart, on a track, with a garage door opener moving it. I’ll post a video of how it works, at some point.
