Nobody likes Serpent. He needs a specific counter and near-perfect gameplay to beat and, even so, you still lose a lot of health. You messed up once and died despite being a top-tier player with a counter, which shows how unfair playing against him is.
@@kevinlam9437 thanks man, yeah. The ONLY saving grace if serpent is that since they make the dumbest AW metas and in top war nobody dies, he gets kills. The problem is that one defender getting what has to be 50% of the deaths in top AW makes no sense. Crazy stupid champ, no doubt.
@@tripleu6 Exactly. Without a meta to counter him, he is just too OP. The undexable and partially unblockable specials with the pierce's block pen is already stupid, but there is also crazy power gain, 125% ability accuracy death immunity (to counter nukes) + power manipulation resistance, stun immunity after specials, big health pool + resistance, and the inexorable passive backing you into a corner so the unblockable special kills you. He is both non-magnetic (to counter Mags,) and coldsnap immune, (to counter Kate,) to take away options. He has all the annoying attributes of a defender with very few weaknesses and I'm pretty sure I missed a few things. Don't worry though, I'm sure players can buy a hard counter in the next pre-release bundles.

The heavy attack for emma frost's spacing doesn't work. I don't know which one it is, but if she light or medium (I don't know which one) attacks into your block and throws heavy, you cannot counter because there's too much distance. It makes fighting emma a pain in the ass.
