# Hi friends, in this video, we will be watching the manufacturing of solid concrete blocks.
# We need to make all arrangements before starting the work.
# The mixer machine is firmly fixed to the ground
# M sand, aggregate, cement bags are arranged
# Required quantity of aggregates are added to the basket
# Required quantity of M sand are added
# Cement is added
# Then the basket is raised and the mix is poured into the mixer machine
# Water is added as per the water cement ratio.
# Proper mixing is done
# After uniform mixing, the concrete mix is poured into the wheel barrow.
# Using the wheel barrow, the concrete is transported towards the machine location
# Concrete is poured into the block manufacturing machine
# It is moved into the slots using punchas or hand shovels
# Machine is vibrated, spreading the mix into the desired shape.
# The compaction is done so the blocks are well jammed.
# Then the machine is moved slightly for manufacturing at the next location and the process is repeated.
# After hardening, we start stacking the blocks
# And the curing process is started immediately
# Curing is done to the required time period.
# Concrete blocks are available in different sizes and they are one of the most important materials used in construction industry nowadays
