Mandani Bay in Mandaue is far better. I just purchased a nice 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor. Turning the maid's room into a pantry as I do my own cleaning. The main bedroom is my home gym/computer room/office, and I will sleep in the 2nd bedroom. The area the condo is in is still relatively quiet and I can walk to S&R.

Nindot nang lugara pero Wala ma maximize Ang balay. Ika sulod nimu kitchen dayun Makita. Gamay sab nga housing.

Not a good design! Is there gas range exhaust fan? Is there a service kitchen? Is there a bedroom in ground level?

HOw are you supposerd to watch the tv in the master bedroom?? LOL And very small. Not a good layout. Plus you said its a 2 story but it has steps going downstairs that you did not show.

In my opinion a condo is not luxury if there is no bathtub, especially in the master bath.

On the 2 storey model… instead of a 3 bedroom can the builder make a two bedroom with t&b and make the ground floor a powder room for a total of two bedrooms, 2 t&b and a powder instead of 3 bedrooms and 2 t&b… and if it can be done appropriately how much.
