How many we get past it though? How do we get ourselves to believe that the compliment is true?
Hi SoCalMama, that's a really good question. There are different things we can do, like finding evidence that the compliment is true by remembering past examples of when we were successful at something. Then we can start to reframe our beliefs and build confidence over time. It's also important to explore the limiting beliefs that make us feel unworthy and incapable. When we acknowledge and heal those beliefs, we no longer let them run our lives. If you'd like to hear the full podcast episode, you can find it below. I have never done such a long practice, and it is my first time when I decided to find a new channel with yoga practices, because I used to watch only one channel I liked.
