25:18 I observed that 13*14*4 = 728 also 2*3*4=24 6*7*4=168. New Learning : To find square of any odd number, divide it in 2 nearest integers multiply product of them with 4 and add 1. eg 15 = 7+8 ---> 7*8*4 +1 = 225 For even numbers divide by 2 and multiply product by 4 which is quite understandable we are doing same thing ultimately dividing and multiplying by 4. But for odd numbers it was a good learning.

Sir I have a silly doubt, in que (Ans = 135 ) where we need to find ways in which exactly 4 answers are correct, i did 3/4 instead of multiplying 3. In lot of the ques my approach is right but i make an error by making this specific mistake. Can u clear my doubt. Apart from that this session really helped me.
