Very nice! I live in the house I grew up in, gramps bought the property in '45, for a cottage. I chuckle a bit with the dock, I'm 1/2 mile off Lake Michigan & on a bigger connecting lake. Can't leave any docks in, the ice will get it at some point, lol! But, fun legacy for yall, congrats! Thanx !

Well Aaron I'll tell you when I was a kid I worked in an authentic Italian restaurant making pizzas and that's exactly how I was taught to make the dough buns. With a name like Laconi's it doesn't get no more Italian than that. Love the dock building video keep em coming!

Buy once, cry once. Growing up in Florida, all I ever saw were people that were to cheap to do their docks correctly and would spend money every year fixing or improving, and if they had just spent the money upfront, it would’ve been cheaper in the long run. Couldn’t tell you How many lake days were wrecked because of broken lifts or cradles. Good job all the way around.

I live on that lake, you don't have to have a light on the dock unless your dock is longer then 50 ft long

One of my biggest goals is to have a lake house. I grew up spending summers at my great uncle's lake house and loved it. I'll give you a little pointer with your pizza dough. Make your dough 2-3 days ahead of time and let it slow rise and age in the refrigerator. The added flavor and texture is well worth it. You want to separate it into portion size balls in air tight containers first though. You can make up a bunch ahead of time and after it ages for a few days, you can freeze it and pop it out a few hours before you need it.
