Fullroid, is a emulator on the apps store u can use
You download a ds emulator than download the game (i every time download from pokehabor) and than play
PokeHarbor, best site for pokemon roms and hacks
Get the patch, get an original Black 2 ROM, patch the ROM with a patcher utility, and run the patched ROM with an Android DS emulator, like Drastic. No idea where the patch is, maybe in Pokecommunity where they do all these hacks. The patcher utilities, most likely you'll have to use them in a PC and then send the patched ROM to your phone manually. The hacks always come with a manual document anyway.
