Why can’t I feed my animals?? Icon to feed doesn’t come up

You can click on (collect all) as long as you scroll to the side to see what you got when you open the exotic card chests. Do not click on the word (More) at the bottom, that is when it disappears and closes without showing you.

Help #2 - In the order board, I completed and gotten all 5 animal boxes, now there's a wooden chest (box #6), I gotten it's reward. Now another one appeared box #7 , later again another one and another. I want to know, how many wooden chests appears on daily basis (per day) after completing it's bar? Are they actually endlessly infinite and not worth working for to get after the fifth animal box reward and the first wooden chest (Box #6) on the Order Board?

I been sending emails for over a month to Jake my vip , from fv3 . Because on October there was a glitch . and my silo was 360 capacity and went down to 300 but it gets full at 200 . No one is answering my e mails or my phone calls … 😭😢😭 it took me 3 years to get my silo to level 360 .. I just want my level 360 back . I worked hard to get it to that level… can someone please help me.
