That's so weird that it didn't unlock the final level for you. It's supposed to just unlock after beating the third space station level (Put on your Moon base) where you fight Major Meteor. Not sure what caused that to happen.

Biggest difference of opinion in this part has has to be eScape, I like it well enough but I definitely wouldn't put it as a candidate for the best boss theme in the game.

Definitely some bigger taste differences in this section than part 1 for sure - I would have rated Steps of Faith a little higher and both Breaking Boundaries and Zurvan a lot higher (though the former is admittedly my bias towards the DRK 50 quest showing).

Commenting here to help the algorithm: Overall I think I agree with most of your rankings, barring one or two minor differences in taste, the only two I'd maybe make big changes to would be to swap Hic Sunt Leones (without having the background of Castlevania, I don't rate it nearly as highly, but again that's a matter of taste) and From the Ashes (going by the rule of a theme needing to fit the fight, I'd argue an almost funerary variance of Answers fits incredibly well given who you're fighting - I believe this was the first time the victory screen had your character looking sad, rather than joyful, something that becomes a lot more common later on)
