It's so roomy.👍 I hope Samson gets better, I guess old age is hitting him like us humans.🐶🤗🥰 Your little rooster sounds so cute. 🐓The colonoscopy procedure is not bad, it's the prepping that's annoying. Have petroleum jelly or some other ointment because you'll need, you'll be sore😖. Also, make sure you have access to a bathroom for yourself for a long period of time because you'll need it frequently once you start the prep treatment. Start eating a different diet in the days leading up to the prep, you'll need to go on a no or low fiber diet. There are sources online for the type of foods you can eat. I was put under when I had my procedure, I didn't feel a thing during nor after. It was the best sleep I had in a looooong time.😅 Good luck with your prep and procedure, you'll be fine. TFS.😊

Andrea the prep is the worst part of the test.You will be asleep and its fifteen minutes. Just getting prepped is what takes the time. You will be fine.

I have had three colonoscopies. The prep is the worst part. If your exit gets really sore, put Aquaphor on it works great. It really is no big deal otherwise.

Hello my friend. It is so nice to see you. I have been missing your videos. I love the bag. It is beautiful!!!! You have such great taste 😊. I just had a colonoscopy on Monday (the 19th). I made my husband take me to my favorite restaurant on Saturday. Sunday was terrible. The prep is quite unpleasant. Not being able to eat is difficult and The stuff you have to drink is gross. Make plans to stay home near a toilet on Monday 😮if your colonoscopy is on Tuesday. Good luck to you. I’m sure you will do great. You are in my prayers ❤️

I worked in a big GI practice where we did colonoscopys every day. There is nothing to worry about. The prep is actually more involved for the patient than the procedure is. You'll be slightly sedated, twilight sleep, you won't feel a thing. When it's over, you'll sleep it off for a short period of time, then be discharged. You just can't drive for 24 hours.

Hi...I didn't want to drink all the crap for a colonoscopy which was ordered by a gastro dr. My primary doctor said I could do yearly feces test instead. I didn't think I could manage to drink that stuff. Ask your primary Dr if you can do the yearly feces test. By the way I have been going to my Dr over 20 years and I am older than you. I just did my test a week ago and it was negative.

That definitely sounds like a seizure. Our last Miniature Schnauzer had seizures and they were like what you described. Our girl lost control of her bladder when she had one. She had diabetes the last year of her life and I have a feeling she also may have had epilepsy, but neither of these illnesses til her last year. I hope Samson feels better.
