I was there two days ago and I believed the seller said no

Good morning. Thanks for you comment. Actually, you don't need to provide your info. However, it's not a static list of homes that's only good for 1 snapshot in time. And with homes selling so fast, and a relatively small number of homes in 1 neighborhood, it's highly likely that there a no homes for sale at any given time. So that's why the system is set up to not only provide current homes for sale, if there are any, but also to provide you with updates as homes do come on the market. So it's like "would you rather see zero homes right now (if there are currently no homes for sale in there), or see some tomorrow, or whenever more homes are available".

My pleasure! Thanks for watching. Too many deals fall apart after inspection that I don't know why any seller wouldn't want to do their own beforehand, while there's plenty of time to get repair estimates rather than rush at the end and pay whatever it costs!! :-)

@@Kathleen_Militello_Realtor Certainly. But I'm not up in the roof or taking off the breaker panel or up in the attic checking the depth of insulation or testing outlets to be sure they are grounded or running appliances, etc etc.

Hey Felicia. I hope you're doing well. I have a custom search set up for you that will automatically send you anything new that comes up. Have you received anything yet? Of course, if there has been new stuff, it also has to match the criteria of the saved search too. I'll double check on that to be sure it's working OK! :-)

Each lender and each loan type of loan program will be a little different, so you can't just say "you need a 620" or whatever. Used to be able to get in at 580, but due to Covid, most lenders raised their score requirement in anticipation of people defaulting. Certainly, the higher the better regardless in order to get the best interest rates and save a ton of money. Want me to hook you up with my lender so you can find out?

@@feleciabattle7473 Unfortunately, that's not going to get it. FYI, depending on where you got that score from, it may or may not be the right score. If it's from something like Credit Karma, that's gonna be a different score than what a lender would actually pull and use to qualify someone. Did you the emails a couple weeks ago when I did a little series on credit, and credit scores? One of those videos explained why they are different, so you could be higher, but you also could be lower. It might be worth checking in with the folks at MyCreditGuy.com and see if their restoration program can help you along faster. Good night and God bless.
