It is located at Seasons at Anderson Parc by Richmond American Homes. 2338 S 242nd Ln, Buckeye, AZ 85326. I hope that this helps. Builders are always modifying the floor plans due to lot location and size.
I’m very sorry…but this house is ugly. These cookie cutter mass produced homes do NOT AGE WELL. Cheap builder grade materials. There is NOTHING special about these tract homes.

@@twilalukavich409 Understood! We have hundreds of thousands of these homes in Florida just like this one…plain, boring, and expensive. There are other Builders do a much better job of giving their homes some “personality” (Beazer for one) with their exterior elevations and interior options.

This home is in Buckeye. The builder is offering buyers a fixed 4.99% interest rate and for the 1st two years they are buying the rate down to 3.99% plus paying 5k of your closing costs. This is only for homes that are going to close in the next 30 to 60 days.

There were that many issues but a lot of pain runs……the painters had paint runs from the wall that ran into the shower and needed cleaned up.

That was rather odd being hit with the vision of a fire extinguisher as soon as you walk in the door. Was that a door to a garage that was over there by the fridge in the kitchen? Also, if I were going to spend the kind of money that I'm sure they are charging for this, I would definitely want a soaking tub in the master bath, rather than just a shower. Even if it was a combination unit. And I would think they could have done the pantry build out a bit better. The space in it is very good, but there is no "wow" factor to the shelving. It looks like it has enough room that it could actually almost be a mini butler's pantry if the space was designed better. And I agree with you about the wall on the stairway. Even if it couldn't be fully open, some inset lighted accent shelving would be nice. And if the other wall is an outer wall, some kind of windows would be nice. Not the ones that show you climbing your stairs all the time, but the ones higher up, similar to transom windows but non-opening. Just to let more light in. But someone did do a beautiful job with the staging. I love the colors and the furniture.
