As a fan when Schrewsberry left the program, I felt defeated and worried we were going to revert back to the OLD Penn State ways. Coach Rhodes took the challenge in stride. He makes team better. He makes PENN STATE as a whole better. He needs protected at all costs!

The "ice in his veins" moment was greatt. I'm guessing the ref thought he was mimicking pulling out a gun? And seeing Rhodes at center court trying to explain to the ref what that celly is was the best part of the game. High drama moment watching two 50yo dudes discuss the motion.

This Penn State team looks different. They can run. They're long. Switchable defenders. They have shooters. They have a big. They can get energy from dunks and 3s. Really excited to see where this season goes.

It’s very hard to watch PS press conferences. The mikes are never set appropriately. It’s either the coaches mike or the questioners mike that is barely audible. Hard to believe in this day and age.

Oregon can put pressure with four. This kid is going to have a tough time this Saturday scoring the ball. Oregon will stack the box, bring pressure and give him about 2 seconds to get the ball out to mediocre wideouts. Oregon is much better now than when they played Ohio State.

I think he is going to have to take some chances and get the ball downfield to them in tight situations to let them make plays. Loosen the D. Turnovers and 200 yards rushing will win this game in the end I think.
